Thawing Thor
My favourite travel company (whose services I hope to one day be able to afford) is traveling to Iceland. Their blog is unique, in that it has fun little blurbs on various spots they go to. Their bit on Iceland is a little generic, but it starts to capture the majesty of that land.

NYT: Around Iceland's Ring Road
This is a trip I’d very, VERY much like to do, though in a slightly different way. Take longer to drive the whole road. Probably not do it in early summer, more late or mid. But it’s on my Zombie Apocalypse List.
